Tokusen Wagyu Tomahawk is an on-the-bone Rib Eye, cut from the Fore-ribs that has 5 or more inches of extra rib bone in. That long bone is normally French-trimmed for amazing presentation purposes. The Tokusen Wagyu Tomahawk is cut based on the thickness of the rib bone (usually around 5cm/2 inches thick) and makes an ideal sharing steak for a special occasion.
